At POS+, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, if you are not satisfied, here’s our refund policy:
Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.
Refunds for add-ons or extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using POS+, contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
To request a refund, contact us at support@posplus.me with your account details and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
