1. Subscription Fees

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.

  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.

2. Add-Ons and Extensions

  • Refunds for add-ons or extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.

3. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using POS+, contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@posplus.me with your account details and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
